Genesis Magma Racing has announced its driver lineup: former Williams F1 driver Logan Sargeant, British racer Jamie Chadwick, who have both tested with IDEC SPORT, and young French GT3 talent Mathys Jaubert.
Announced on December 4th in Dubai, the Genesis Magma Racing team will debut the GMR 001 Hypercar in the European Le Mans Series (ELMS) in 2025, before joining WEC and IMSA in 2026.
IDEC SPORT will provide engineering and technical expertise, supporting the team’s rapid development. In the 2025 ELMS season, IDEC SPORT will field two LMP2 cars - one for Genesis Magma Racing and one under its own banner.
